At Paw Village our dog daycare and boarding facility, the health and safety of our canine guests are at the forefront of everything we do. Our comprehensive health policies are designed to create a secure and caring environment where every dog can thrive.
To ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs in our care, we have established the following vaccination requirements:
Rabies Vaccination
Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
Distemper (DHPP)
Negative Fecal six months before starting
Flea and tick prevention
Additionally, we recommend Heartworm protection
Live Virus Vaccines: When your dog has received live virus vaccines (e.g., Bordetella or Distemper), please refrain from bringing them to daycare for seven days.
To ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests, please note the following health requirements:
Contagious Ailments: Dogs must be free from contagious conditions, including parvovirus, canine cough, and internal/external parasites (such as worms or fleas). If fleas are detected, an immediate flea bath will be administered at your expense.
Physical Capability: Dogs should be physically capable of participating in daycare activities. Canines with hip, shoulder, joint issues, or chronic pain may not qualify for admission.
Symptoms of Illness: Dogs showing symptoms of diarrhea or vomiting must undergo a veterinary examination and obtain clearance before resuming daycare attendance.
All dogs must be spayed or neutered no later than 9 months of age.
